Child policy: - Children under 3 years are free of charge. - Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. Good to know: - Check the official website for the daily opening hours and closure dates prior to your visit. For the options with glass bottom boat ride: - Pregnant women and people of determination are not allowed to join this activity. - You must be able to ascend and descend the stairs to access the boat area. - You must wear a life jacket throughout the ride. For the shark dive and scuba diving options: - Children under 10 years, pregnant women, and people of determination are not allowed to join this activity. - You must be medically fit and not taking any prescribed medication. Otherwise, doctor's clearance is required. - You will complete and sign the dive medical participant questionnaire, liability release, and assumption of risk assessment form before the activity. - You are not allowed to fly or go over 300m (Burj Khalifa tower) within 12 hours after the dive. - You must be comfortable and/or confident in the water. - You are required to bring your own swimwear.
